Her seascapes explore the vast panorama of changing light, dramatic weather and powerful water, framed by rocks solid with history, yet transient with time and the rhythm of the earth. Having been brought up by the sea this environment has a deep resonance within her. 

Her paintings are intended to evoke a visceral response in you, the viewer. Beyond words but sensed and understood. 

Leila’s work has been selected for ING Discerning Eye, C24 Gallery New York, RWA and The Society of Women Artists. She is represented by Signet Contemporary Art London and Bell Fine Art Winchester and is a member of the Free Painters and Sculptors.
